Welcome to CrossFit Tecnica! Offering Strength and Conditioning, Nutritional Counseling, Endurance Training, and Personal Training. Located in the Feather Sound and Carillon area, our Location is conveniently Located for motivated, committed individuals looking for Crossfit in Clearwater, Crossfit in Tampa, and Crossfit in Saint Petersburg.

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

At CrossFit Tecnica, we stay true to the methodologies of the CrossFit Program. We Hold Technique and Proper Form at the highest of standards. We Believe that Elite Fitness should be paired with Elite Nutrition. We eat for Performance, Body Composition, and overall Health and Wellness. Our Box may differ from others in many ways. We believe that CrossFit is for Everyone, but we will only accept commitment. The students and athletes that train here every day, leave nothing on the table. A true 100 percent effort is given during every WOD by every athlete. This is a serious fitness program. No distractions, No TV's, No Treadmills, No assisted exercise equipment, No mirrors, No sugar filled sports drinks, No fancy shirts. In fact most of the men do not even wear shirts. This is blood, sweat, and tears training. No matter what your sport is or what your fitness goals are, you will find results and gains unlike any other fitness program. We offer CrossFit programs to fit your schedule, CrossFit Endurance, and We also offer the highest quality and most comprehensive Personal Training and Nutrition program available.

2012 CrossFit Games Regional: Individual Event 5

Complete the following every minute for as long as possible:
20 Double-unders
1 Snatch

Begin with 155 pounds and add 10 pounds each minute (or scale as needed). The workout is finished when you cannot complete the snatch within the minute.

 

Battle of the Boxes

Battle of the Boxes is coming up soon! The event is on july 14th at CrossFit Jaguar. I can not attend this event as I will be out of town. So I need 4 studs to compete on our behalf. I need two guys and two girls. So Far I have Jackie and Derek. I need one more guy and one more girl. the registration is $40. The gym will be closed that Friday through monday. I expect All CF Tecnica Athletes to attend this Event to support our team as they Compete. If you would like to compete please let me know and get your registration fee in as soon as possible.
