CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

"Cindy" Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats
OR
"Mary" Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Handstand Push-ups 10 One legged squats, alternating 15 Pull-ups
Complete the following every minute for as long as possible: 20 Double-unders 1 Snatch
Begin with 155 pounds and add 10 pounds each minute (or scale as needed). The workout is finished when you cannot complete the snatch within the minute.
Battle of the Boxes is coming up soon! The event is on july 14th at CrossFit Jaguar. I can not attend this event as I will be out of town. So I need 4 studs to compete on our behalf. I need two guys and two girls. So Far I have Jackie and Derek. I need one more guy and one more girl. the registration is $40. The gym will be closed that Friday through monday. I expect All CF Tecnica Athletes to attend this Event to support our team as they Compete. If you would like to compete please let me know and get your registration fee in as soon as possible.
